It's that time of year, the kids are back at school and we all have to deal with new people in their lives (and ours!) who may not understand the importance of food sensitvities and preferences. I don't have any major food allergies in my kids, but I do recall one teacher last year who was so thankful when I took in packets of the Artisse lollipops for my son to share with his class for his birthday rather than cake. It was so much easier on the teachers to hand them out and clean up after, and they didn't have the stress of any common allergies in the class making some kids miss out on the treat.

My son has major food phobias due to Sensory Processing Disorder but loves these cookies! I give him these as a treat and strive to make nutritious, delicious & healthy food he can eat so he can still blossom!
